The Opportunity
You will be responsible for supervising all voids work within your allocated area, liaising with the client and subcontractors to ensure KPI's are met. You will manage all aspects of the delivery of works including provision of specifications and quotes and liaising with Planners on work allocation, ensuring that materials are available as needed.

What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a similar role. You will have had experience in leading a team in either a voids or repairs capacity and have extensive knowledge of social housing. You will have excellent customer service as you will be representing the companies brand. It would be an advantage if you have a building or trade qualification, however this is not essential.
