Workplace Strategy Consultant

A global consultancy is looking for a Workplace Strategy Consultant to join a creative and collaborative team.

If you are passionate about Workplace Design, enjoy building client relationships and are excited about the prospect of joining a growing team, then this one is for you.

In this role, you will:

• Develop holistic strategic recommendations based on specific business goals and needs

• Play an active role in delivering Transformation projects

• Conduct research and work with client-centric data to drive analysis and uncover new opportunities

• Proactive stakeholder engagement and networking to build a strong pipeline

• Create pitches and deliver presentations

• Collaborate with international teams

• A self-starter who likes to take initiative

• A confident presenter who enjoys networking and business development

• An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail

• A lateral thinker who can adapt to a wide range of client requirements and enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams

This is a very diverse role which incorporates real estate, workplace design and organisational engagement which could fit someone from a range of backgrounds including change management, design, architecture or psychology.
