Cobalt is proud to be partnering with one of the largest real estate businesses that have a well-respected reputation across the globe. Due to their rapid growth across the globe, they are looking to expand within their IT & Tech division in Central London. They are looking for a Yardi Specialist to oversee the platform on a Pan European basis to help support the growth of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Yardi Voyager application.

• Advising on, and facilitating application development activities in line with established Company guidelines and industry best practice

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, assist application developers, and carry out testing for system regular releases.

• Responsible for the analysis and any periodic reporting of issues/queries

• Manage a pipeline of issues and requests with the vendor

• Maintain knowledge across the core system application capabilities and future enhancements to provide relevant solutions that maximise the system capabilities

Role Requirements

• Must have experience as a systems administrator with Yardi Voyager

• Have a degree in accounting, real estate, or IT

• Excellent communication skills and can work with various internal stakeholders

• Have a strong eye for detail

• Priority Setting, Planning, Maintains Organisation throughout various tasks
