Cobalt are currently supporting a global asset manager with an incredible presence across Real Estate who are keen to expand their current team. They are looking for an experienced Yardi specialist to enhance their current support and system functionality.

You will have the ability to build strong relationships with other teams in the business to allow for system wide recommendations and continuous improvements. This opportunity will cover all aspects of the system as well as oversee lease administration, helpdesk, testing and deploying new functionality and trouble-shooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for setting and maintaining system controls

• Managing helpdesk support alongside the team to ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis

• On-boarding new PM mandates, implementing new projects and deploying and supporting new functionality

• Driving forward with system improvements and helping to improve reporting

• Managing relationships and expectations within the management team and external stakeholders

• Trouble-shooting any system issues and testing system upgrades

• Offer training and support for both internal and external stakeholders

• Provide subject matter expertise advice across European portfolio for property management functionality within Yardi.

Skills / Experience required

• You will have exceptional knowledge and working experience with Yardi Voyager

• Have past experience of system implementations and on-boarding and training of new users

• The ability to communicate key issues across all-levels and functions

• A thorough understanding of the financial requirements for the system

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels
