As an Associate Director you will be responsible for managing the selection of assigned properties under the direction of the relevant Client or Regional Director, who oversees the overall client relationship. You are accountable for the day-to-day operations and reporting across the property or client portfolio, including all aspects of service delivery, occupier liaison, service charge management, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
