About the Role
The Role
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance department by managing shared inboxes, coordinating workloads, responding to internal enquiries and providing administrative support across the wider accounts team.
Key Responsibilities

Managing shared finance inboxes and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.

Coordinating work across the accounts department.

Responding to internal queries and providing support to colleagues.

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider finance team.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.

Supporting the accounts function with general administrative duties as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounts or finance environment.

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
