About the Role

 

The Role

As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the finance department by managing shared inboxes, coordinating workloads, responding to internal enquiries and providing administrative support across the wider accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing shared finance inboxes and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.

  • Coordinating work across the accounts department.

  • Responding to internal queries and providing support to colleagues.

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider finance team.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.

  • Supporting the accounts function with general administrative duties as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounts or finance environment.

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

  • A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
