About the Role
Cobalt is delighted to be partnered with a market-leading real estate consultancy looking to appoint an Associate Director or Director into their growing Healthcare and Life Sciences team in London.
The business advises organisations across public sector healthcare, government and local authorities, supporting them to optimise complex estates, unlock value across property portfolios and deliver long-term estate transformation programmes.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile estate strategies and development programmes, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of an established advisory team.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support with business development in the team and grow client relationships across the public sector.
* Assist with various L&T responsibilities
* Deliver strategic property advice across complex estate portfolios
* Provide advice on leases, ownership structures and estate optimisation
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across planning, programme management, cost consultancy and sustainability
About you:
* Experience within a property consultancy or real estate advisory environment
* Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards)
* Strong understanding of property markets and estate strategy
* Confident managing client relationships and delivering advisory projects
