* Building relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Identifying opportunities and converting appropriate opportunities into revenue.
* Contributing to the growth and market positioning of the Development Consultancy and Valuation Advisory team.
This is not intended to be a predominantly background delivery position. The senior hire will have direct client exposure, take ownership of projects, provide advice and contribute to winning new work.
The Skills and Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of Development Consultancy.
* Strong working knowledge of the public sector property market.
* The ability to lead projects and advise clients with limited oversight.
* Experience working with lenders, developers and public sector organisations.
* An established network of relevant lender and developer relationships.
* The credibility to develop senior client relationships and represent the consultancy in the market.

A background within a real estate consultancy would be particularly relevant. A strong market reputation, client relationships or an existing client following will also be valuable.
Salary is open to discussion and will reflect the successful candidate's track record, relationships and ability to contribute to the team's growth. This is an opportunity for an established Development Consultancy professional to join a growing team at an important stage of its development, with scope to influence client work and the future direction of the service line.
