About the Role
Cobalt is working with a leading UK real estate consultancy to recruit an Associate Project Manager into their London-based Building Consultancy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial office fit-out projects within a collaborative and ambitious business.

The Role and Responsibilities
You will be instrumental in delivering key client projects while helping to shape a growing team and service line. The role reports into a senior figure within the Project Management function and includes:
- Leading commercial office fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
- Procuring and managing consultant teams, including negotiating terms and fees.
- Defining project scope, work plans, and timelines with clients.
- Monitoring programme, budget, and project performance.
- Producing fee proposals and bid documents for future work.
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
- Facilitating internal and external meetings to manage project progress and expectations.
Skills Needed / Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical capability, leadership, and client-facing experience. You will need:
- A recognised professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, CIOB or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects.
- Working knowledge of the full project lifecycle in a consultancy or client-side environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead client discussions and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A full, clean driving licence.
