Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of the building, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships and ensuring an excellent occupier experience.
- Manage soft and hard FM service partners, ensuring high standards are maintained across cleaning, security, M&E, and compliance.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
- Work closely with the landlord and asset management team, providing updates on building performance and tenant engagement.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and service charge administration.
About you:
- Proven experience in building management or facilities management within a commercial office environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding tenant experience.
- Ability to manage contractors and service partners to ensure high performance.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and sustainability best practices.
- Experience managing service charge budgets is desirable.
