Key Responsibilities

Experience & Service Leadership

  • Lead the Front of House team, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
  • Act as the primary contact for occupiers and guests, delivering a professional, approachable, and solutions-focused experience.
  • Coordinate service partners across reception, catering, security, and cleaning to maintain premium standards.
  • Support leasing tours and prospective occupier visits by representing the building with confidence.

Engagement & Events

  • Plan and deliver a varied calendar of community events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Activate shared spaces with activities that promote connection, collaboration, and vibrancy.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and local partners to enrich the community experience.

Communication & Content

  • Manage digital communication channels (community app, digital screens, and email campaigns).
  • Create and share engaging updates, event information, and wellbeing content.
  • Ensure all communication is on-brand and reflective of the building's identity.

Experience Management

  • Implement the building's customer experience strategy, aligning services with occupier needs.
  • Handle feedback with professionalism, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide reporting and insights on event performance, engagement levels, and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in premium hospitality, corporate front-of-house, workplace, or luxury retail.
  • Skilled in team leadership, with supervisory or training experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Confident in event planning, community activation, and engagement strategies.
  • Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience managing apps, screens, and email campaigns.
  • Approachable, proactive, and people-focused - with a passion for building thriving communities.
  • Creative and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and strong organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, or placemaking.
  • Exposure to brand activation or occupier engagement platforms.
  • Budget management experience.

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a dynamic workplace that values people, culture, and connection. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, shaping a destination building where occupiers feel inspired, supported, and proud to belong.
