About the Role

Community Experience Ambassador

Salary: £40,000

We're seeking a passionate and people-focused Community Experience Ambassador to join the team at an iconic workplace for a global commercial real estate company. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in creating an engaging, service-led workplace community within one of London's most vibrant buildings.

As the Community Experience Ambassador, you will lead the Front of House team and be the driving force behind a welcoming, connected, and premium occupier experience. You'll combine exceptional hospitality with creative community engagement, bringing the building to life through events, communications, and initiatives that enhance satisfaction, wellbeing, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Service Leadership

  • Lead the Front of House team, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
  • Act as the primary contact for occupiers and guests, delivering a professional, approachable, and solutions-focused experience.
  • Coordinate service partners across reception, catering, security, and cleaning to maintain premium standards.
  • Support leasing tours and prospective occupier visits by representing the building with confidence.

Engagement & Events

  • Plan and deliver a varied calendar of community events and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Activate shared spaces with activities that promote connection, collaboration, and vibrancy.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and local partners to enrich the community experience.

Communication & Content

  • Manage digital communication channels (community app, digital screens, and email campaigns).
  • Create and share engaging updates, event information, and wellbeing content.
  • Ensure all communication is on-brand and reflective of the building's identity.

Experience Management

  • Implement the building's customer experience strategy, aligning services with occupier needs.
  • Handle feedback with professionalism, driving continuous improvement.
  • Provide reporting and insights on event performance, engagement levels, and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in premium hospitality, corporate front-of-house, workplace, or luxury retail.
  • Skilled in team leadership, with supervisory or training experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Confident in event planning, community activation, and engagement strategies.
  • Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience managing apps, screens, and email campaigns.
  • Approachable, proactive, and people-focused - with a passion for building thriving communities.
  • Creative and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and strong organisational skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, or placemaking.
  • Exposure to brand activation or occupier engagement platforms.
  • Budget management experience.

Why Join Us?

You'll be part of a dynamic workplace that values people, culture, and connection. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, shaping a destination building where occupiers feel inspired, supported, and proud to belong.
