About the Role
This is an ideal next step for a technically strong architectural professional or coordinator ready to step client-side. You'll be working across listed buildings, new-build residential schemes, and a planned hotel development - all part of a long-term, design-led property strategy backed by a well-resourced family office.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the Design Lead with day-to-day delivery and consultant coordination
- Managing incoming design and technical information across live projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Acting as liaison between the London office, project teams, and the wider property group
- Overseeing project programmes and flagging risks or delays
- Attending design meetings, site visits, and tracking progress on the ground
- Supporting the delivery of a new 124-unit residential-led development, hotel planning, and refurbishments within a listed estate
- Coordinating with property management, planning consultants, and internal stakeholders
We're looking for someone who:
- Comes from an architecture or technical background with strong delivery knowledge
- Has experience working on UK residential or commercial projects
- Understands the nuances of working with listed buildings and heritage constraints
- Can confidently read drawings, specifications and flag risks or issues proactively
- Has excellent organisational skills and is comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Enjoys working in a small team and taking ownership of their work
- Ideally has some experience in property or developer-side coordination
