The company is seeking a professional, personable, and organised Front of House to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees. This individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front-of-house and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greeting and assisting all guests, clients, and team members with a warm and professional approach.
  • Creating a consistently welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
  • Responding promptly to enquiries made in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Anticipating and addressing the needs of visitors and clients proactively.
  • Handling customer concerns or complaints with efficiency and diplomacy, escalating when required.

Facility Management Support

  • Ensuring the front-of-house area remains clean, presentable, and fully functional.
  • Keeping signage, directories, and information displays accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinating scheduled maintenance and support services with relevant departments.
  • Enforcing safety and security protocols, including managing visitor sign-in procedures.

Administrative Support

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintaining precise records, including visitor logs and incident reports.
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms and refreshments for visitors and staff.

Team Collaboration

  • Working closely with the facilities team to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Assisting with company events and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Health & Safety

  • Following all company health and safety procedures to promote a secure working environment.
  • Reporting maintenance issues or potential hazards in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Confident problem-solver with a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Polished and professional appearance, reflecting company values.
  • Proficient in using common office tools, equipment, and software.
  • Previous front-of-house or client-facing experience, preferably within a corporate or facilities management setting.
