With substantial financial backing and ambitious growth plans to significantly expand its portfolio over the next five years, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team passionate about providing high-quality rental homes and excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in ensuring homes are let quickly, efficiently, and to the right tenants. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, providing outstanding customer service, and securing reservations, often "off plan" before properties become vacant.

You'll be supported with full training and the tools needed to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional level of service to all potential tenants.

  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering accurate advice on available homes.

  • Proactively follow up on enquiries to maximise occupancy opportunities.

  • Secure property reservations, aiming to minimise void periods.

  • Support the application and referencing process with the Lettings Administration team.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.

  • Maintain accurate records and customer databases.

  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the lettings function.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about property, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

  • Ideally, previous experience in the lettings or property sector.

  • IT literacy and confidence using software systems.

  • A full UK driving licence is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes:

  • Dynamic, motivated, and sales-focused.

  • A proactive problem solver with initiative.

  • A strong team player who delivers on detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to influence positively and work to deadlines in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.

Why Apply?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property company with a clear vision and ambitious expansion plans. You'll be part of a supportive team, enjoy a performance-related bonus, and play a vital role in delivering quality homes to tenants across the UK.
