The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Services Manager to oversee operations across a multi-site Build-to-Rent portfolio in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the fast-growing BTR sector, leading on service delivery, customer experience, and operational excellence.
As the Senior RSM, you'll ensure smooth resident move-ins and move-outs, manage and develop on-site teams, and uphold high standards across all aspects of service. You'll play a key role in creating communities where residents feel at home while ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Resident Services Teams across multiple BTR sites.

Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes.

Drive excellent resident experience and customer service.

Manage contractors and ensure quality of completed works.

Take responsibility for health & safety compliance across the portfolio.

Monitor KPIs, produce management reports, and take action to address performance gaps.
What We're Looking For

Proven management and leadership experience in Build-to-Rent, residential property, retail, or hospitality.

Strong organisational and people-management skills with the ability to influence and motivate.

Solid understanding of health & safety requirements and compliance.

Knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation and property operations is an advantage.

Passion for service delivery, community building, and driving standards in a growing BTR environment.
