This company is a well-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Commercial Property Consultants, Residential Block Management Specialists. They pride ourselves on delivering professional, responsive and client-focused property services across both the residential and commercial sectors.

Due to continued growth, They are seeking a proactive and organised Property Administrator to join the team in Northwich, supporting both our residential and commercial property management portfolios.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced position providing administrative support to Property Managers across a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to Property Managers

  • Assisting with health & safety compliance (maintaining H&S records, risk assessments, fire safety documentation, contractor compliance checks)

  • Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance works and monitoring progress

  • Raising works orders and tracking ongoing repairs

  • Assisting with reactive and planned maintenance coordination

  • Handling incoming calls and email enquiries from tenants, leaseholders and clients

  • Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Preparing documentation for meetings, reports and client correspondence

  • Supporting service charge administration and invoice processing

  • Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date (EPCs, RAMS, insurance details etc.)

  • General office administration duties to support the wider team

About You

Looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administrative experience

  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Is confident dealing with contractors, tenants and clients

  • Can prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Has a proactive and positive approach
