About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic property team as a Resident Services Advisor at a brand-new build to rent development in the heart of Leeds, comprising 331 high-specification units.

This front line role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, responsive, and community-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing effective support and ensuring their living experience is smooth, safe, and enjoyable.

From handling daily queries and maintenance requests to supporting community events and operational duties, your contribution will shape the resident journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all resident enquiries, maintenance issues, lease matters, and community-related interactions.

  • Liaise with the General Manager and team to uphold the highest service and operational standards across the development.

  • Support the transition between day and night shifts with thorough handovers and effective communication.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire regulations, and emergency procedures.

  • Maintain accurate site records, visitor logs, delivery documentation, and resident communications.

  • Assist residents during the move-in and move-out processes.

  • Coordinate with contractors, ensuring risk assessments and permits are in place.

  • Manage front desk duties, including visitor check-ins, calls, and intercom systems.

  • Promote a positive community culture by assisting with on-site events and initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in customer service or property management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • IT proficient and comfortable using social media platforms.

  • Organised, detail-driven and able to multitask effectively.

  • Professional presentation and communication, both written and verbal.

  • Financial awareness and capability to manage basic budgeting tasks.

  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
