This varied position includes a healthy mix of Red Book valuations, HMO's and occasional Level 2 Home Buyer Reports. You'll work autonomously and be empowered to take ownership of your patch, build relationships, and deliver top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out residential valuations, surveys, and reports to RICS standards
- Deliver accurate and timely Red Book reports
- Work closely with both private clients & lenders
- Build lasting relationships and grow your presence in the local market
What You'll Need
- MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS
- Hands-on experience conducting valuations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- A collaborative mindset and drive to develop professionally
- A full UK driving licence
