About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic residential environment? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Resident Services Associate to join a leading Build to Rent Operator based in East London.
About the Role
As a Senior Resident Services Associate, you'll be an essential part of the front-of-house operations, ensuring that residents receive outstanding service while supporting the efficient running of the building and the wider team. This role blends customer service, property operations, and team collaboration in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee front and back-of-house functions and manage amenity spaces, voids, and unit readiness.
Deliver resident services including meet & greet, parcel management, inspections, viewings, and general support.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external contractors.
Monitor service delivery standards, using resident feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support the lettings process from offer acceptance through to move-in.
Manage maintenance requests and follow through on works orders and contractor performance.
Monitor building systems (security, maintenance), ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in BTR, hospitality, or PBSA
Background in team-based environments and event support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service or property qualifications are a plus.
Target-driven and able to manage daily challenges with creativity and resilience.
A professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for building strong relationships and a collaborative approach.
