About the Company
You'll be joining a global, specialist consultancy focused exclusively on the Yardi platform, supporting leading real estate organisations worldwide. Role Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of Yardi residential implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from discovery through to go-live.
* Capture and translate business, accounting, and operational requirements into effective system configurations.
* Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and rollout activities to ensure successful delivery.
* Provide ongoing support and advisory services, including troubleshooting, configuration, and process optimisation.
* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Act as a subject matter expert, supporting client adoption and long-term value from Yardi solutions.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.
Role Requirements
* Proven experience delivering Yardi implementations within a residential real estate environment.
* Strong understanding of property management systems, accounting processes, and operational workflows.
* Experience with Yardi Voyager and related residential modules (e.g., RentCafe).
* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
* Advanced SQL knowledge and utilisation
