About the Role

As a Senior Planner within a National Consultancy you will be in a position to take the next step in your Town Planning career, with access to prestigious projects and high-profile clients.

The team provides solutions and strategic advice to its clients whilst working on a wide range of projects for public and private sector clients.

As a Senior Planner the right candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated to achieving success both personally and for the brand.

Key role requirements include:

* Preparation of Planning Appraisal Reports and Planning Statements

* Undertaking planning research

* Preparing and submitting planning applications

* Preparing submissions to discharge planning conditions

* Attendance of meetings, site visits and public consultation events with colleagues for large scale projects.

* Guiding junior members of the team, and leading on projects

· Ambitious and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· MRTPI Chartered

· An interest in industry news and business

· Problem solving skills

· An ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships

· Unconditional right to work in the UK and Full Clean Driving License
