About the Role
Confident assisting or managing the planning application process for major residential, commercial and / or infrastructure projects and ready for a new challenge? As a Development Management Planner, you could join a unique team globally renowned for being first choice for managing some of the most high-profile projects in the UK and abroad.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects or managing projects (experience depending)
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate Town Planners to Principal or Associate Town Planners in the public or private sector.
- At least twelve months experience within a town planning role.
- Confident adivising clients or internal and external project stakeholders (experience depending)
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
- Member of the RTPI or working towards (experience depending)
