Cobalt is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded business in the Property Management industry with over 20 years of expertise.

The business is looking for an Accounts Admin to join their finance department who will be responsible for assisting on various aspects of the property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing payments to tenant accounts and filing statements.

  • Generating Service Charge and Ground Rent demands within the set deadlines.

  • Making sure all bank accounts are reconciled and investigating any unreconciled accounts.

  • Produce monthly reports for month-end and quarter-end.

  • Assisting with the Credit Control teams admin tasks when necessary.

  • Keeping system up to date with contact details and amendments.

About You

  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads.

  • Previous experience within a similar position in a Real Estate business is desirable.

  • Strong Excel skills.
