A real estate investment and development company is looking for an Acquisitions Surveyor to join their team, based in London.
The role will be focused on acquiring investment and development sites, mostly across the South of England.
Key requirements and person specifications:
Ability to identify and carry out acquisitions for investment and development sites and create a development pipeline of new business opportunities.
Work projects from initiation to completion through the entire acquisition process
Ability to generate good connections and interact and coordinate a variety of different people and teams, as well as being able to confidently present findings and recommendations.
Have a good knowledge of planning consents and potential, commercial rents and investment yields, development appraisals and due diligence, amongst others.
Other Requirements include:
MRICS, or on the APC pathway
Experience with commercial and residential assets
Land or development experience ideal
Strong communication skills
