This is an opportunity to join a globally renowned organisation which partner with several top-tier Real Estate investors to advise upon, and service their investments in the debt space. This role sits in the business' Investor Relations & Reporting team and the successful individual will support on all private reporting duties this firm has to produce for their clients.
The Role
Support the production of monthly/quarterly reporting files based on the Asset Management team's feedback ready for internal review process.
Provide support and back up in preparing quarterly risk review reports, liaise with the Asset Managers to ensure covenants, KPI's and commentary are updated ahead of internal review process.
Assist with ad-hoc billing requirements (under the risk review and any additional loan on loan reporting)
Assist with the set up and ongoing maintenance of any private side data rooms.
Liaise with Asset Managers in preparing for the investor-reporting package at bond, loan and asset level and assemble initial drafts of the reporting.
Assist with additional duties as required under the servicing agreement, monitoring of finance parties ratings, maintaining insider lists.
Help prepare and collate information to produce marketing materials, pitch books and RFP's for the business units as and when required.
Assist with the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of internal and external website/intranet platforms.
The Candidate
The candidate must be able to organise their day and perform a number of tasks on a timely basis, working in a team environment with good communication (both written and oral).
It is also important for the candidate be interested in data management strategies and techniques and be able to develop proficiency with desktop applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word with an aptitude to learn and become proficient using internal technology, reporting and record keeping systems.
The candidate will need to develop an interest in loans and securitisations but most importantly will be committed, diligent, willing to learn and apply themselves and be an active and vocal member of the team in promoting best practices and ideas.
