Asset Manager

A leading Industrial and Logistics Investment Manager is currently looking for an Asset Manager to expand their Thames Valley team.

The position will work closely with the Associate Director, Asset Manager on the strategic management and leasing of their prestigious multi-billion industrial and logistics portfolio.

Key day-to-day Asset Management responsibilities include:

• Formulation and implementation of Estate Asset Plans.

• Progress rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.

• Maximise capital by re-gearing leases.

• Engage with existing occupiers to find solutions to their business needs.

• Involved in the estate redevelopment strategy.

• Responsible for implementing sustainability initiatives.

• Manage the take back and surrender processes, coordinate back to back deals, refurbishments and dilapidation's.

• Identify and secure new occupiers to vacant properties.

• Implement marketing plans for vacant properties.

• Work closely with the wider Asset Management, Development and Investment teams.

Key requirements:

• Member of RICS.

• Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant.

• Previous experience as an Asset Manager or Surveyor (Agency or L&T experience).

• Industrial and Logistics experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Ability to work as a team.

Salary will range depending on Surveyor or Manager level (£40,000 - £68,000 per annum), plus car allowance, generous bonus potential, pension and private health-care.

Their office is based in Thames Valley - you would be required to work from TV twice a week and from their London office once a week, plus the ability to work from home.
