We are partnering with a family-owned private company who are looking to grow the team with an Asset Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies for a portfolio of premium properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to grow within a dynamic and successful organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Optimisation: Identify and implement strategies to optimize your portfolio, including diversification and value-add initiatives.
• Lease Management: Handle all lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease negotiations, and provide recommendations for annual budgets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Property Managers and the wider team, building strong relationships with occupiers to ensure best practices and high standards.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and enhance the financial performance of your assets, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a commercial asset management role. MRICS qualification is advantageous.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of the real estate sector, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
• Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team while also being focused and driven when working independently.
• Ambition: A proactive attitude with a desire to grow and progress within the company.
