Assistant Analyst/Surveyor (JN -72960)

A UK leading Development and Investment Manager is currently seeking an Assistant Analyst/Surveyor to join their Asset and Investment Management team, based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to become a Real Estate Analyst or Chartered Surveyor.

You will be responsible for working with the Head of Acquisitions on the analysis of new investment and development opportunities and also support on asset management and strategic land.

Their portfolio consists of predominately commercial office/work space, residential and land assets.

Key skills and experience needed for this requirement includes:

• Degree qualified.

• Part-way through completing APC or equivalent experience.

• Excellent use and knowledge of Excel and cash-flow modelling.

• Work experience within the commercial real estate/investment/development market.

Salary will range from £25,000 - £35,000 plus APC support, benefits package and good bonus potential.

Office is based in Central London.
