Assistant Property Manager

Property Management/Lettings Support

Salary: £30k

International Property Management Company are seeking an experienced customer service agent with experience in the property industry to join their excellent support team.

This is a fast-paced role supporting three busy teams across lettings, tenancy and property management and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will be the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, dealing with a diversity of different tenancy queries so a great opportunity for someone who thrives working under pressure and dealing with people to join a dynamic company with fantastic culture and opportunities for progression.

The Role:

  • Deal with inbound customer enquiries promptly and professionally

  • Be proactive in resolving queries swiftly and smoothy and following up as necessary

  • Handle initial end of tenancy requests, booking check outs, inspections, etc.

  • Answer initial tenancy related queries

  • Respond to initial maintenance queries

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Receive and qualify lettings enquiries and direct to the Lettings team

  • Ensuring 24 hour response times to all enquiries

  • Engaging in open communication to identify ways to consistently improve service and efficiency

  • Provide high standards of service at all times across multiple communication platforms

You Will Be:

  • Experienced in a fast-paced customer service environment

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

  • People focused, positive, professional and friendly with an excellent telephone manner

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, able to identify and execute solutions

  • Adaptable, calm and collected and thrive under pressure

  • Highly organised, able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task

  • Be a team player with a pitch-in attitude. keen to support and contribute ideas

  • Tenancy and lettings knowledge

  • Call centre experience a bonus
