Associate Client Accountant

Associate Client Accountant, Full-Time, Permanent, £40,000 Per Annum, Leeds City Centre

My client is a leading global property consultancy looking for an Associate Client Accountant to join their growing team in central Leeds. This role will function to lead with all day-to-day accounting and client reporting.

Main duties will include:

• Producing monthly/quarterly reporting
• Assisting with producing service charge budgets
• Raising rent and other charges
• Producing service charge year end reconciliations as well as bank cash reconciliations
• Processing and dealing with data amendments on the system
• Mentoring Junior members of staff where required
• Client/property fund balance reconciliation
• Driving improvement in processes and controls where possible
• All other ad hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Senior Accountant role within a real estate background
• Solid knowledge/experience of client reporting
• Experience of dealing with property management systems
• Impeccable interpersonal/communication skills
