Business to Business Marketing Manager
Full Time, Permanent
Our client is a London based property investment and development group which owns and manages over 700,000 square feet of prime office, retail, hotel and leisure space in London and the USA. A new position has arisen for a Marketing Manager. The role of the Marketing Manager will be to increase the reach and impact of the company profile and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR, thereby significantly contributing to the development of new partnerships and letting opportunities.
You will work with the senior management team, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online.
Marketing & Communications
Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches
Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific areas of our work and for different audiences.
Work with the senior management teams to put the strategy into practice.
This will include
Develop and implement a best in class tenant/occupier experience
Property marketing using digital and traditional methods to produce a marketing strategy and brand development plan for each building
Develop the design and web strategy for company website.
Ensure the brand meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends and partner feedback.
Manage the group's social media and optimise search engine rankings
Develop and oversee a strategic programme of activities, events and community development
Produce brochures and other traditional media
Represent the company at external meetings and conferences.
Market the product - leased, managed and serviced offices across the three company brands
Manage the marketing activities of the onsite building management teams
Deliver marketing strategy across a range of key audiences including current tenants/occupiers, future tenants/occupiers, agents/brokers and a wider audience within and beyond the industry.
Degree or Diploma qualification with a Marketing/Communications/Business speciality
B2B Marketing experience is essential
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
