Block Management Surveyor - London/Hybrid
Salary up to £50,000 per annum.

Cobalt has the pleasure of working exclusively with one of London's top property management firms that specialises in large scale residential blocks throughout the city and home counties.
Our client is seeking a an experienced leasehold property manager who would be looking for an opportunity to specialise in Major Works projects within the business.
You will be responsible for PPM strategy and management, project management of internal and external repair, upgrades and new build projects valued from £50,000 to £500,000 as well as analysis of proposed alterations by leaseholders, and issuing licences.
Requirements:
Significant experience in leasehold and block management, focusing on major works projects
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
IRPM qualification desirable.
