Block manager- JN72931

My client are looking to expand their team by employing a client-side Block manager to oversee the smooth running of a portfolio throughout the UK. The right candidate will have strong knowledge of all areas of Block Management including Section20s, carrying out site inspections and highlighting any fire safety or health and safety risks as well as ensure all budgets are correct.

This role will require you to build strong relationships with leaseholders and work closely with service charge agents and the managing agents. You will also be required to review processes and procedures, observe the highest possible standards to clients and ensure that all staff are following correct procedures and carrying out the best practice.

Key skills required

• MIRPM qualified

• Excellent technical skills in order to guide managing agent

• Able to communicate effectively, clearly and accurately in writing and verbally

• Self-motivated and able to work to tight schedules

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00- 17:30

The salary provided for this role is up to £50,000
