BREEAM and Sustainability Manager
Remote Working Available
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Cobalt are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading developer and management business who are looking for a BREEAM and Sustainability Manager to join the business, working closely with the Design team to develop both strategies and protocols.
You will be responsible for supporting the project teams to deliver the BREEAM design stage and post completion certificates for a series of impressive and forward sold new developments.
Core responsibilities:
Provide support to development and delivery teams in the management of sustainability objectives
Develop BREEAM strategies and protocols for the project teams to enable them to achieve excellence
Continue BREEAM input and sustainability assessments to the design team during deliver
Post all completion certificates for new developments
Advise and review BREEAM pre-assessments and ensure consistency
Provide support to both the technical and design teams to prepare BREEAM submissions
Personal specification:
Previous experience within a similar function such as a BREEAM Assessor
A strong understanding of Real Estate
Proven track record of providing support to technical and design teams
Desire to support the business to achieve BREEAM excellence
Experience with HQM would be extremely advantageous but not essential
