Building Manager - 73116

Cobalt have been instructed on a Building Manager position on behalf of a leading real estate company across the UK.

In this position you will hit the ground running managing a newly refurbished circa 200,000 sq ft, grade A multi-tenanted office space with retail, leisure and high-end eateries attached.

This position is for someone looking to make that step-up in their career and manage a larger, higher-end building in the London area where internal progression at this company is limitless

Key responsibilities will include;

• Management of both soft and hard FM services

• Preparation of service charge budgets along with quarterly reconciliations

• Being a direct line report to soft and hard FM staff

• Ensuring the building remains compliant with UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst continuing to promote sustainability throughout the building

Requirements for this role;

• Being IOSH or NEBOSH accredited

• Have experience managing a multi-tenanted commercial building

• Have proven experience of setting and managing a service charge budget

• Experience in management of a grade A or trophy asset building
