Cobalt is working with a very well-known and established global asset management company on a Building Manager position in Manchester on where you will manage over 100,000 Sq Ft of multi-tenanted commercial office space in the City.
This is an opportunity to work for an illustrious client and develop your experience managing a high-end asset where internal growth within this company is paramount.
Key responsibilities will include:
Liaison with the visitors, tenants and their staff as required in all matters relating to efficient running of the building.
Procurement and tenders of all new contracts for both soft and hard FM services.
Ensuring the buildings are compliant with the UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst ensuring the buildings comply with ISO 14001 quality assurance.
Preparation of service charge budgets along with quarterly variance reporting and end of year reconciliations
Requirements for the role:
Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
A good understanding of the current H&S regulations and ISO 14001
Experience in setting and managing service charge budgets.
Experience in managing commercial multi-tenanted buildings.
