Cobalt is exclusively working with an established commercial Managing Agent on a Building Manager position based in the City Centre of Liverpool.

This is an opportunity to manage an illustrious grade A commercial development, known as one of the most prestigious multi-tenanted office buildings in Liverpool.

Our client is a well-respected Managing Agent with a portfolio throughout the UK, doubling in size over the past 5 years. This is a great opportunity to become apart of growing company, with a great people culture as well as being sustainability driven.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the hard and soft service provision within the building.

  • Setting and managing service charge budgets.

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance throughout the building.

  • Managing the work of outsourced suppliers in-line with service level agreements and KPI's.

  • Ensuring a comprehensive maintenance programme is in place to cover planned and reactive works to both building plant and fabric.

  • Promoting sustainability throughout the development.

As the successful applicant, you'll be able to demonstrate a modern attitude to Building Management services with a focus on ESG within a large-scale commercial asset. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are essential. You must be able to match your technical experience with a proactive customer facing approach, as this is a role with plenty of stakeholder management, including occupiers and the client.
