Cobalt has the pleasure of working exclusively with one of the UK's top Industrial and Logistics Property Investment and Development Companies that owns, manages, and develops 3.1million sqft of assets across London. Our client is looking to hire a senior level, Building Surveyor to be part of the team in the management of occupied and vacant properties as well as dilapidations and the refurbishment programme across the estate.
You will be responsible for PPM strategy and management, project management of refurbishments, upgrades and new build projects valued from £100,000 to £4 million as well as overseeing dilapidations reports, licence to alter, contractor and supplier management, party wall awards, feasibility studies and schedules of condition. You will work closely with the investment and asset management teams to ensure the portfolio managed and maintained in line with the business strategy.
You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive UK developer. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals.
Building Surveying Requirements:
Degree qualified.
MRICS ideal
Experience working for a developer or leading consultancy within a commercial remit
