Business Analyst (3 Month Contract with likely extension) - Real Estate Systems
London
£500 - £600 p/d + Benefits

Our client is a leading asset manager with over 300bn assets under management. You will be joining their established Global MI Programme within their Real Estate sector, as a Business Analyst working closely with their KPI processes. They are looking for a team player who can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Having Yardi software experience is essential along with Real Estate market knowledge being desirable. The successful candidate will be working remotely until restrictions allow otherwise.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operate with the team on identifying the requisite KPI's and support producing their outputs, analysis and reporting requirements

  • Produce a global KPI library detailing calculation logic, attribution/dimension and data mapping rules

  • Support KPI calculations by documenting data requirements

  • Outline target data flow and data exchange between various business teams

  • Review data discrepancies among various regions

  • Resolve any data issues and test KPI calculations

  • Establish procedures across data capture / import, validation, storage and output generation

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage their expectations

  • Follow project plans to a high standard and meet timescales within budget

  • Pursue a formal project life cycle approach to meet expectations

Personal Specification:

  • Yardi Voyager knowledge / experience within previous positions

  • Previous experience with similar duty requirements stated

  • Skilled in client facing tasks to help build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be able to use initiative within appointed tasks and have a proactive approach

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
