Cobalt is seeking a standout manager for an up-and-coming mixed-use development in the London Borough of Camden. Made up of commercial, industrial, and residential spaces, the development represents a vibrant hub with the community at the heart of it and is seeking a top-tier total FM to help mobilise the physical asset and then build first-class customer service for your customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Community Building: Develop strategies for a cohesive community through events and activities, fostering networking, collaboration, and occupier well-being.

  • Communication Hub: Maintain regular communication with occupiers through newsletters, social media, and meetings to keep them informed about campus news, events, and updates.

  • Occupier Services: Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing occupiers' needs and facilitating new occupant on-boarding with essential information and resources.

  • Facilities Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring campus maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security. Serve as the primary link between occupiers and the facilities team for effective communication.

  • Vendor and Staff Management: Coordinate with vendors for services aligned with campus standards. Manage and train staff, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Implement training programs for staff skill enhancement.

  • Feedback and Enhancements: Collect and analyze occupier feedback to identify areas for improvement in facilities and community initiatives. Implement changes for enhanced occupier satisfaction.

Our client is looking for an individual with a background in managing mixed-use development, and a strong focus on ESG previously. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential as is previous experience managing service charge budget.
