Client Accountant
Leeds - Hybrid

Cobalt is partnering with a Managing Agent who are seeking a Client Accountant to join their Property Management department who cover a commercial portfolio in the regional areas.
The ideal individual will have experience with Service Charges, Client reporting and face-to-face client interaction.
Key responsibilities
Regular client reporting - standard and bespoke reports
Maintain and manage Service Charge funds for properties
Reconciliation of client reports such as VAT and Client Statement
Liaise with Treasury depart to ensure collection of monies and liaise with Service Charge Team about completion of charges
Manage specific communication between your line manager, Surveyor, Treasury, Service Charge and Operational teams to deliver for your client
Ultimate responsibility for all cash held within their client's portfolio, including rents and any service charge, sinking fund, deposits, VAT
About you
Experience working in a similar role within Property Accounting
Experience of working with Property Management Accounting systems such as MRI/QUBE/TRAMPS/Yardi
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Detailed orientated as figures & analysis must be correct and concise
