Commercial Agency Surveyor

A South East based Commercial Real Estate Agency firm are seeking a Surveyor (from APC to Chartered Level) to join their team based in Bexley, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on commercial agency experience, carrying out lease and development work on behalf of market leading industrial and business space clients.

Key Commercial Agency responsibilities include:

• Hosting viewings and dealing with applicant enquiries.

• Property marketing.

• Running the disposal and letting processes from enquiry to completion.

• Carrying out compliance checks.

• Drafting Heads of Terms.

• Supporting the wider commercial agency team, gaining greater market exposure and responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• Real Estate degree qualified.

• Part-way through APC or a recent Member of RICS.

• Commercial agency work experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary is from £27,000 - £45,000 per annum plus bonus.

Office is based in Bexley, Kent.
