Commercial Finance Manager - 12-15 month contract

Cobalt is currently supporting a fantastic Property business in their search for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team.
Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager, who is commercially aware to support the team with the oversight of accounting, run the insourced and outsourced billings and liaise directly with the Property Managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversight of the junior Accountant, reviewing the journals and bad debt provisions
- Liaise directly with the property managers
- Oversight of a portfolio
- Stakeholder management, business partnering with senior members of the business
- KPI reporting
- Process improvement
- Creating efficiencies
- Other adhoc tasks
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Must have Property/ service charge industry experience
- Experienced in dealing directly with Property Managers
- Horizon system experience is preferred
