Our client is a leading UK property company that are currently seeking a MRICS Property Management Surveyor to join their Bristol office.
You will be responsible for managing a mixed use commercial portfolio that consists of retail, office and industrial assets.
The day to day responsibilities include:
Identify asset management opportunities across the portfolio.
Resolve day to day management issues in an effective manner.
Liaise with clients, contractors and occupiers on a regular basis.
Engage with clients in meetings to ensure their requirements are acted on efficiently.
Maintain a good working relationship with clients.
Involvement in pitching and presenting for new work.
Work closely with the property management accounts team.
Key requirements:
Degree qualified.
Member of RICS is preferred.
Proven commercial property management experience is essential.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary will range from £30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
Office is based in Bristol.
