Are you a Property Manager looking to work for a boutique business? If so, my client is an Asset Management specialist who works closely with a range of high networth individuals and investors to help them maximise their returns on investment.

With AUM of just under £40m, you will be part of a small, but extremely capable team, responsible for the day to day management of client portfolios. The appointed Property Manager will be comfortable undertaking a range of duties which will include:

• Lease management

• Managing service charge budgets

• EPC's

• Rent invoicing

• Vacant Building Management

• Site inspections

• Tenant satisfaction

Experience of managing industrial assets would be advantageous, but candidates with a proven track record with the management of mixed assets will be given full consideration. My client is offering a competitive basic with car allowance, contributory pension and 25 days holidays.
