Construction Supervisor (NEC ACCREDITED)

Day Rate (Ltd) £272 per day
Cobalt is working with a NHS Trust in London to recruit an interim Construction Supervisor, band 7 to move to 8A Contract or Permanent.
Our client is looking for someone to provide project support across the construction services as designated. They will plan/programme & manage their own workload across several projects as delegated. All works are related to the capital development programme project schemes and backlog, they shall liaise with service providers, and improve support services processes and policies.
Candidate's will:
lead control site inspections at the appropriate stages in order to manage within the NEC process for the avoidance of any transgression. Under NEC3/4 the contract supervisor shall act as supervisor.
Review highly complex data requiring analysis, interpretation, comparison of range of options and makes Judgements across wide range of capital projects issues taking into account legislation, H&S, conflicting demands, content of expert advice on capital projects matters
Follow up on any issues during commissioning or results that prevent project closure or occupation.
Experience of Project work working in a hospital setting across a number of areas.
The ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required within and beyond Trust boundaries.
An accomplished leader as you will have some line management responsibility
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
