Customer Experience Director
South Yorkshire

Are you a creative thinker who can look beyond the retail sector and drive a new "Customer Experience"? We are seeking a senior candidate who can draw from their experience in other retail industries and be a key driver in the development and creation of a new customer experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in conjunction with the wider operational team to drive the experience agenda across the organisations.

  • Be the forefront of all customer facing teams, including cleaning, security and customer services.

  • Challenge all processes and customer touch points that impact on the customer's experience.

  • Set up and manage reporting on customer feedback.

  • Ensure the customer engagement represents our client's brand and corporate values.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • A high energy creative thinker that isn't afraid to challenge the norm and explore new ideas.

  • Proven experience in influencing change across an organisation.

  • Collaborative attitude to others, able to inspire and influence change across the business.

  • Excellent communicator who inspires large customer facing teams to drive continuous improvement.

  • Able to demonstrate working with customer journey mapping and methodology.

  • Ability to analyse customer metrics with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and business acumen.

  • Background in delivering change to the customer experience in the retail sector.

  • Strong written, verbal and communication skills
