One of the UK's most prestigious Real Estate Investment Trust's is seeking a Development Analyst to join their team in London.
The successful candidate will provide analytical support to a range of stakeholders across the business through performance analysis of both existing and potential investments and developments.
The role includes preparing and reviewing appraisals for committed and prospective developments across our core portfolio, including leasing opportunities. You will also be preparing the annual IRR forecast and cash-flow analysis for allocated developments, including input into their forecasting models.
Key skills and experience include:
Knowledge of key financial concepts such as NPV and IRR, as well as property specific concepts such as Profit on Cost.
Ideally the candidate would have experience of the property sector, including experience in appraising property developments, and an understanding of property investment markets and pricing methodology.
Experience of designing, building, and operating financial models as a core component of previous roles.
Experience of performing development appraisals or general real estate experience in industry would be preferable but not essential.
They are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package and generous pension and bonus.
Office based in Central London.
