Are you a Real Estate Development Analyst looking to join a UK and European Real Estate investment business with an exciting development pipeline across London and the UK?
You'll be joining a team of 7 Commercial Analysts across the UK and Ireland where you'll be working on several developments spanning Office, Resi/BTR, Hotel, Retail, and Leisure assets, and reporting to the wider development team.

Working with a well-established business who are now in a new phase of work and expanding to new sectors with large-scale development and re-purposing projects.
Working with multiple technical teams across the business with progression pathways available within various teams.
Play a large part in the new business strategy and decision making of the wider business, and develop the analytical and tech updates that the business is implementing.
Responsibilities:
Preparing development project business plans, which will consist of detailed financial analysis of returns and impacts, as well as preparation of development appraisals and cash flows.
Build and maintain good relationships with JV partners, development, and asset management teams, and third parties such as valuers, lenders, and so on.
Assist in maximising returns by covering current and future performance modelling, as well as any asset re-positioning, developments, and future transactions.
Detailed cash flows and appraisals, as well as conducting detailed due diligence and market research to support this work and any presentations necessary.
What you need to have?
Excellent numerical and excel modelling abilities (from scratch), development appraisal and discounted cash flow work.
A relevant degree in Real Estate, Investment or Finance/Accounting or similar subject.
Experience within a Commercial Real Estate Analyst or Development Surveying role.
Strong data analytics skills to manage large amounts of data.
Any IT/coding skills are beneficial.
